1. Service Description

ShipConfident provides automated security, accessibility, and reliability audits for websites and web applications. Our service analyzes user flows, performs comprehensive security audits (including headers, SSL, and cookies), checks for accessibility compliance, broken links, and other technical issues that may affect your website's launch readiness.

2. User Obligations

By using ShipConfident, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your website and user flows
  • Use the service only for websites you own or have authorization to test
  • Not use the service to test third-party websites without permission
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our service
  • Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

3. Payment Terms

ShipConfident offers both free and paid subscription plans. Payment is processed through Stripe. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected during signup.

  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees associated with your subscription
  • If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your account
  • Price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days notice

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the paid period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

6. Liability Limitations

ShipConfident is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our audits will identify all issues or that your website will be free of problems after addressing our findings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShipConfident and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of ShipConfident are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on our service.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of ShipConfident shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the service. Continued use of ShipConfident after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
